NdFeB magnets have the highest energy products approaching 52MGOe and are mechanically stronger than samarium cobalt magents. NdFeB material is more costly by weight than ceramic or alnico but produces the highest amount of flux per.
The production process
Neodymium magnets are actually composed of neodymium, iron and boron (they are also referred to as NIB or NdFeB magnets).
The powdered mixture is pressed under great pressure into molds.
The material is then sintered (heated under a vacuum), cooled, and then ground or sliced into the desired shape.
Coatings are then applied if required.
Finally, the blank magnets are magnetized by exposing them to a very powerful magnetic field in excess of 30 KOe.

3.Magnetic bar usually made of Neodymium magnets or Ferrite/Ceramic magnets and seamless 304 or 316 stainless tubes, can be fine polished and fully welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.
4.Usually the max working temperature is 80℃, we can offer up to 350℃ to meet your special applications.
